Held at the National Convention Center (NCC), Hanoi, the Red Star Award 2025 brought together nearly 1,500 delegates, including Politburo Member and Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Đỗ Văn Chiến, senior Party and Government leaders, and top representatives from across Vietnam’s business community. The ceremony was staged in a grand auditorium enhanced by a super-long panoramic LED system wrapping both sides of the hall, creating an immersive visual environment that elevated the prestige and scale of the event.
From more than 300 nationwide nominations, the Council selected the Top 100 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs, the Top 30 Excellent Entrepreneurs, and officially honored 10 Red Star Award Laureates, alongside one honorary award. The enterprises led by the Top 100 entrepreneurs represent nearly VND 3 million billion in total assets, generating over VND 310 trillion in revenue and employing approximately 60,000 people. The Red Star Award continues to stand as one of Vietnam’s most prestigious platforms honoring visionary young leaders shaping the nation’s economic future.
