Located in central Chanthabouly District, the hotel is part of a USD 90.75 million integrated development by BIM Group in partnership with the Lao Ministry of Public Security.
The 10-storey property features 273 rooms, a nearly 3,000 sqm conference center, international dining venues, and Grade A commercial space, positioned just 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport.
